Digital Glossary

Master the terms that define the future of your business. From A to Z, marketing explained.

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Acronym for "Return on Ad Spend". It's the queen metric of paid traffic. If you spent R$1,000 and sold R$5,000, your ROAS is 5. It indicates the direct health of your campaigns.

Branding

Much more than a pretty logo. Branding is the management of emotions and perceptions that your brand evokes. It's what people say about you when you're not in the room. Build long-term value.

LTV (Lifetime Value)

The "Lifetime Value" of the customer. How much a customer spends with you from the first to the last purchase. Companies with high LTV can pay more to acquire customers (CAC) and destroy the competition.

Lead

A potential customer who showed interest and left contact info (email, phone). They aren't just a visitor; they're a qualified commercial opportunity ready to be nurtured.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

The art of positioning your site at the top of Google without paying for clicks. Involves technique, quality content, and authority. It is the foundation of perennial organic traffic.

Copywriting

Persuasive writing focused on conversion. It's not about writing beautifully, but writing to sell. It uses mental triggers to guide the reader to a specific action.
